I. Sphere of influence

The 10 intervention districts of the PROPOLI Program; with the objective to develop a civil participation component and institutional fortification. These Districts are: Ventanilla, Puente Piedra, Comas, San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate Vitarte, Lurín, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa María del Triunfo, Villa El Salvador y Pachacamac.

For the realization of the presented consultancy OACA, IPES and Ciudad Saludable have established an alliance.

III. Objectives
|
|
General Objective
|
Evaluation of the institutional municipal capacity in the elaboration of district plan for the environmental management of solid waste; including the components Civic participation and institutional fortification.
|
|
Specific Objectives
|
- Identification of the institutional limits of the municipalities, including human resources (training and forming), technical operatives (logistics, gear and materials) and others, for the elaboration of district plans for the environmental management of solid waste.
- Training the human resources responsible for the elaboration of the district plan on environmental management of solid waste.
- Evaluation about the advance of the district plans of the management of solid waste in accordance to the general law of solid waste No. 27314 and complementary municipal devices.
