Contribuir a generar ciudades saludables en los países en desarrollo, a través de la promoción de sistemas de gestión ambiental sostenible, dirigidos a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población.

Corporate strategy

To consolidate and internationalize the Healthy City model
To consolidate and internationalize the Healthy City model through our business project Peru Waste Innovation and Healthy Cities International model, covering all aspects of sustainable development: social, political, economic and environmental, for which we:

• Influence in public policies to replicate the model of economic and social inclusion
• Promote the competitiveness of our social corporation that contributes to disseminate an alternative and successful model in the conventional market, with an economic and social sustainability and inclusion approach of the poorest.
• Generate socially and environmentally responsible consumers, taking the national/regional/local government, businesses, the education sector and social organizations as allies.

To establish and consolidate our strategic alliances
Establish and strengthen partnerships with various public, private and social actors: recyclers associations, municipal governments, national authorities, groups and business organizations, international cooperation, etc. This capacity for dialogue is one of our greatest strengths and it is transversal to our three organizations

Continuous improvement and strategic harmonization of our organizations
Continuous improvement and strategic harmonization of the organizations of the group, sharing practices of good corporate governance with which we seek to achieve

• The optimization of institutional synergies and improvement of operational management of the Group.

• To diversify products / markets, by using the capabilities of a professional team of excellence, aligned with the institutional goal.
